Permissions can be established for a security group, and would then apply to all users associated with the group. This webinar will go through the steps of adding a new security group, associating users with that group and indicating which security group should be the default for all new users. A separate webinar will be given on creating the user permissions for a security group. |

During the course of the demonstration, the members of the security group are denied permission to delete an entire patron record, while preserving their ability to delete parts of the patron record, such as reserves or requests. |
