KLAS Users Conference 2002 - Volunteer of the Year Nominations

Deadline for nominations: November 30, 2001

Keystone wishes to recognize the support volunteers provide to libraries each year. We will do so by announcing our first annual Volunteer of the Year award. Each library may nominate one volunteer who has shown outstanding service during his/her time with the library and who will appreciate and benefit from attending the KLAS Users Conference. These nominations will then be put on-line for all our libraries to view. The selected Volunteer of the Year will receive a trip for two1 to the 2002 KLAS Users Conference in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Simply fill out the information below including a paragraph explaining why this volunteer should be selected. Return this form to Keystone by November 30, 2001. The information will then be posted on our website. The winner will be determined by a selection committee2 and will be announced on December 17, 2001.
