Hotel Information
The conference hotel is the
Renaissance Springfield Hotel in Springfield, IL.
A conference rate has been negotiated and can be booked by calling the hotel at
1-800-HOTELS-1.
The room prices are:
- Single - $82.00
- Double - $97.00
- Triple - $112.00
- Quad - $127.00
There is a limit of 36 club rooms which include continental breakfast. These rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. After these club rooms are booked, the standard level rooms do
NOT include continental breakfast. So, please reserve early to receive the included continental breakfast.
This rate will be available for reservations made prior to February 18, 2003. You must mention the KLAS Users Conference to get these rates. The conference rates apply to the nights of March 11-16, 2003.
