KLAS Users Conference 2005 - Julie Klauber Award Nominations

Deadline for nominations January 23, 2005.

Keystone wishes to recognize the support volunteers and staff provide to their libraries each year. We will do so this year with the Julie Klauber Award. Each library may nominate one volunteer or staff member who works with KLAS, has shown outstanding service during his/her time with the library, and will appreciate and benefit from attending the KLAS Users Conference. The selected Julie Klauber Award Recipient will receive a trip1 to the 2005 KLAS Users Conference in Raleigh, North Carolina March 16-19, 2004.

Simply fill out the information below explaining why this person should be selected. Return this form to Keystone by Friday, Januray 23, 2005. The winner will be determined by a selection committee2 and will be announced February 11, 2005.

1. A trip includes one round trip coach ticket on Delta Airlines from the recipient's nearby major city to Raleigh, NC; hotel expenses for a single occupancy for March 16-19, 2005, Conference registration fees, and meals at the conference provided by Keystone Systems, Inc. If the recipient desires a travel companion, such a person may be accommodated at Kay Holloman's discretion.
