Conference Registration Fee: $75 per person. (After May 4, 2007 - $100 per person.) Please make checks payable to Keystone Systems, Inc.

2007 Julie Klauber Award Finalists

The polling website will be available from Friday, February 23 - Friday, March 16th.
One designated party at each library will receive the username and password to log into the polling website.
Each library may cast one vote.

Top Ten Submission Process and Guidelines

Submission and Voting Dates - The Top Ten issues process will take place in two distinct phases.
- The polling website be available for submitting and reviewing issues Friday, February 9th, 2007 and will accept submissions through Saturday, March 31st, 2007.
- On Sunday, April 1st, libraries will have the opportunity to begin voting for their top choices. The voting period will remain open through Monday, April 30th, 2007.

Hotel Information:

The conference hotel is the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront in Jacksonville, Florida.

A conference rate has been negotiated and can be booked by calling the hotel at (904) 588-1234 .

Conference rates are:

Single / Double	$95.00 / night + tax
Triple	$120.00 / night + tax
Quadruple	$145.00 / night + tax

(Current tax rate is 14.13%.)

These rates will be available for reservations made prior to May 11, 2007.

You must mention the KLAS Users Conference to get these rates. The conference rates apply to the nights of Monday, June 4 - Thursday, June 7, 2007.
