Conference sessions begin Tuesday, April 8 at 8:00 AM and end Thursday, April 10 at 3:30 PM.

Online Conference Registration - Please complete this online form to submit your conference registration. Includes links to a listing and description of hands-on training classes.
- Conference Registration Fee: $75 per person. (After February 29, 2008 - $100 per person.)

- Refund Policy: All refund requests must be received by Monday, March 31, 2008.

- What are my travel options once I arrive? - Travel options from the airport to the hotel, for getting around downtown Cincinnati, and parking at the hotel and near the library.

2008 Julie Klauber Award Finalists
- The polling website will be available from Thursday, February 7th - Friday, February 22nd.
- One designated party at each library will receive the username and password to log into the polling website.
- Each library may cast one vote.
Hotel Information:

The conference hotel is the Terrace Hotel Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH.

A conference rate has been negotiated and can be booked by calling the hotel at 888.279.8260 or 513.381.4000.

Conference Rates:

Single / Double $79.00 / night + 17% tax

Suite $109.00 / night + 17% tax

These rates will be available for reservations made prior to March 7, 2008.

You must mention the KLAS Users' Conference to get these rates. The conference rates apply to the nights of Monday, April 7 - Thursday, April 10, 2008.
